I Submitted a Withdrawal Request, but the Funds Haven't Arrived

  1. Check the Withdrawal Request History.

  2. If the Status is "Error", cancel the request and try to withdraw again after a few hours.

  3. If the Status is "Transferred", carefully check the transaction history in your payment system. Please note that the amount received may differ from the amount deducted due to withdrawal fees.

If the Payment Has Not Arrived:
Contact our Technical Support and provide the number of the problematic transaction. You can find the request number in the “Submitted Withdrawal Requests” section.
