How to Purchase an Item?

Instructions:

1. Using the text search and the various filters provided, find the desired item to purchase. You can add several different items to your cart to buy them together or purchase them individually. After selecting the appropriate item on the main page, go to its page.

2. Next, familiarize yourself with the item's description, then click the "Quick Buy" button to purchase the cheapest item among similar ones.

3. The purchase process will begin. The cost of the item will be held from your balance during the purchase. The seller will receive a notification that a purchase request has been made for their item. The seller will have about 5 minutes to send the item you selected to your trade link. After the seller confirms the trade, you will need to accept this trade offer within 5 minutes. Once accepted, the item will appear in your Steam account inventory.

4. If the transaction is not complete for any reason, you will receive the withheld funds back to your Market.CSGO balance for new purchases.

Please Note:

• What happens if the seller doesn't send the trade?

  The buyer's funds are returned to their balance. The seller will receive a penalty.

• What happens if you do not accept the trade sent by the seller?

  The buyer's funds are returned to their balance. The buyer receives a penalty for the declined purchase.

• What happens if the seller independently sends a different item than the one for which the purchase request was made?

  The buyer's funds are returned to their balance. The seller loses the sent item, does not receive funds for the sale, and also receives a penalty for the cancelled transaction.

To avoid making such mistakes, we recommend that sellers use our applications, which will automatically create correct trades that you only need to confirm. You can use the desktop client, mobile app, or browser extension.
