What to Do If Trades for Confirmation Do Not Appear When Selling Items?

Here is a list of possible reasons and solutions in order of priority:

1. Outdated Version of the Application

Ensure that the MarketApp application is updated to the latest version. If it's not up to date, please update it. You can download the latest version from this page.

2. MarketApp Application Is Turned Off or Account Status Is Offline

Check whether the application is running and functioning correctly. Verify your account status within the app. If necessary, restart the client or log in to your account again.

3. Issues on the Buyer's Side

Possible reasons include:

  • The buyer has a VAC ban, which blocks the ability to trade.

  • The buyer has a temporary trade ban.

  • The buyer has more than 1,000 items in their CS2 inventory (or the inventory is full in the game from which you are transferring the item).

  • Blacklist: The buyer has added you to their blacklist, preventing you from sending a trade offer.

4. Problems with Your Inventory

  • Your inventory is not updated, and you're attempting to sell an item you no longer possess.

  • The item's description or Access Token has changed, preventing the system from processing the sale correctly.

5. Technical Issues with Steam

Sometimes, Steam servers may experience malfunctions or return errors when creating a trade. In this case:

  • Wait for a while and try again later.
