What to Do If You Haven't Received Money for Selling an Item?

If you did not receive funds for a sold item, please follow these steps:

1. Create a Ticket in Technical Support

Go to the "Technical Support" section and open a new ticket describing your issue.

2. Choose the Correct Topic for Your Request

In the list of topics, select "Money Not Credited for Item" and fill in all the required fields.

3. Find the Link to the Recipient's Profile

To expedite the resolution, please provide a link to the buyer's profile to whom the item was sent.

You can find it in your Steam Inventory History.

4. Wait for a Response from Support

Support processes requests in the order they are received.

Important: Every new message in your ticket sends it to the end of the queue, so try to include all important information right away.
